A journey of innovation
Over the past five years, Willow and Investa have innovated in multiple areas of the building and development process, from the earliest implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) for complex digital management in design and construction, to today with the use of intelligent digital twins. The partnership has spanned multiple projects, involving construction management and extending right through to tenant experience.
Some of the completed projects include 567 Collins Street Melbourne and Barrack Place (151 Clarence Street, Sydney).
By implementing the WillowTwin™ platform, Investa was able to gather data from across a built asset (including design information, asset data, manuals, warranty info, live BMS data) to create an intelligent digital twin – an exact living replica of the built form.
Digital twins represent a brand new development and information revolution in the building industry, unlocking multiple benefits to the owner, contractor and tenant across every stage of a building’s life.
Willow’s platform is enabling visionary businesses from across the building and infrastructure world to transform their assets and improve the lives of millions. Through the application of a digital twin, Willow is transforming the construction, operation and experience of the built world.
